What is COMBINERV®?
COMBINERV® is a food supplement based on Acetyl-L-Carnitine M.A.T.R.I.S.®, Superoxide Dismutase GliSODin® and Vitamin B12 (100% NRV).
.
ACETYL-L-CARNITINE M.A.T.R.I.S.®
A small endogenous molecule derived from L-carnitine acetylation process. Several studies have demonstrated two important roles of ALC in the organism: it acts as a neuroprotective factor, protecting nerve cells from damage induced by free radicals (ROS), and as a neurotrophic factor, favoring the reparative processes of the nerve. The patented M.A.T.R.I.S.® formulation enables controlled release of the active ingredient, ensuring greater bioavailability and prolonged absorption over time.
URIDINE
A pyrimidine nucleoside composed of ribose and uracil. Numerous studies have highlighted its ability to stimulate neurogenesis and axonal regeneration, significantly contributing to the repair of damaged nerves. Additionally, uridine promotes the synthesis of phospholipids and glycoproteins, key components for the regeneration of the myelin sheath and proper nerve cell function.
SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE GliSODin®
Another endogenous enzyme with antioxidant action. It is the body’s first line of defense against damage induced by free radicals (ROS). GliSODin® is a patented product containing vegetable origin Superoxide dismutase (SOD) encapsulated with the Gliadin protein, which allows the passage gastric without undergoing degradation, and the achievement of the gut where it begins its biological activity.
VITAMIN B12 (100% RDA)
Adequate amounts of Vitamin B12 are essential for the maintenance of myelin, the protective coating around nerves of the peripheral nervous system. This sheath allows electrical impulses to transmit quickly and efficiently along the nerve cells (Vitamin B12 supports the normal function of the nervous system).

2 PATENTS IN ONE PRODUCT

Using a medium with the same conditions of the gastric environment, the scientists sampled levels of SOD over time. The antioxidant activity of free SOD was destroyed within about 10 minutes. However, when SOD was protected by Gliadin, its enzymatic activity was preserved. The enzyme was released after about 30 minutes, reaching maximum of its activity after 80 – 100 minutes.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine delivered with M.A.T.R.I.S.® technology may counteract neuropathy more effectively than the free form, thanks to its ability to modulate myelination processes, prevent nerve damage and restore proper neurotrophic support.

The use of M.A.T.R.I.S.® technology enhances intestinal absorption through controlled and sustained release of the active ingredient over time. This system ensures a delayed absorption peak, gradually modulating the availability of Acetyl-L-Carnitine and optimizing its action at the target site.
